Our rates per person for 2012-2013 are as follows:

• £60 booking fee per person at time of booking
• £100 per person first rental payment by the 1st May
• 3 equal installments of £1059 per person, payable at the commencement of each term (non bills included option)
  
  Please note we do not take a bond and the last terms gas & electricity are free of charge for that term, subject to the costs not being more than the average of the previous two terms cost. In addition we pay for the water rates and so is not payable by the students. Each student is required to have a guarantor.

A utilities inclusive option including gas & electricity (subject to conditions) can be offered at £69 per week if required.
